14. (§11.33) Irregular Verdicts

It is advisable to submit a form verdict to the jury to provide guidance regarding the proper form of a verdict and guard against irregularities. Missouri Approved Jury Instructions (5^th ed. 1996 and Supp. 2000) should be consulted for the appropriate form.
