10. (§11.26) Amending Pleadings

Rule 55.33 governs the amendment of pleadings. It provides that a pleading may be amended once as a matter of course before a responsive pleading is served. Otherwise, a pleading may be amended only by leave of court or by written consent of the adverse party.
