Section 11.20 Federal Procedures

Rule 71.1, Fed. R. Civ. P., sets forth procedural rules for condemnation actions in federal court. The process is similar to Arizona state procedures but there are some notable exceptions, including the following:
(1) There is no specific requirement for a pre-filing offers as required by A.R.S. § 12-1116.
