A. (§11.2) Get it on the Record
Nothing is more important than making sure that the record is inscribed. Section 485.050, RSMo 2000, only requires that “notes of the oral evidence offered . . ., together with all objections to the admissibility of testimony, the rulings of the court thereon, and all exceptions taken to such rulings” be inscribed in the record.
