10. (§11.18) Distributions

The general rule is that the procedure of administration on the estate of a nonresident decedent is the same as the procedure applicable to the administration of the estate of a resident. This is specifically declared to be true of distributions during or at the conclusion of an administration. Section 473.675, RSMo 2000.
