E. (§11.15) Rehearings in the Supreme Court of the United States
Rehearings after proceedings in the Supreme Court are governed by Supreme Court Rule 44. Supreme Court Rule 44 provides that any petition for the rehearing of any judgment or decision must be filed within 25 days after entry of judgment.
