Petition for Judicial Review of Administrative Modification of Judicial Order for Child Support

Petitioner Obligor, for his Petition for Judicial Review of Administrative Modification of Judicial Order for Child Support, filed pursuant to § 454.496, RSMo, states the following:

1. On ________, the court in the above-captioned cause entered a judgment and decree of dissolution of marriage

2. Pursuant to that original decree, Petitioner Obligor was ordered to pay Respondent Obligee the sum of $300 monthly child support for the parties’ three children

3. Respondent The Missouri Family Support Division (hereafter referred to as “FSD”) is a state agency division of the Department of Social Services. Pursuant to § 454.400.2, RSMo, FSD has the power to sue and be sued

4. As this is a Petition for Judicial Review of an administrative order purporting to modify a judicial child support order, venue is proper in the circuit court that entered the judicial order. Section 454.496.8, RSMo.

5. At the request of Respondent Obligee, Respondent FSD opened a IV-D child support case as part of its duties under Chapter 454, RSMo.

6. In administering the child support case at the request of Respondent Obligee, FSD determined that the original child support order entered by this court was no longer in compliance with the child support
