Mechanic's Lien

In accordance with Missouri's Mechanic's Lien Laws, [Lien Claimant], a Missouri Corporation located at [full address] ("Lien Claimant"), files the following account for the work, labor, machinery, materials, and other improvements that the Lien Claimant furnished under contract with [General Contractor], the general contractor, who in turn contracted with [Owner], the Property's owner, for the building, sheds, fences, sidewalks, appurtenances, and improvements situated on the real estate, commonly known as [Street Address] in [County], Missouri, and more particularly described as:

("the Property").

The Property and its improvements belong to, and are owned by, [Owner]. The Lien Claimant's account is filed to impose a lien upon the Property and all of its buildings, sheds, fences, sidewalks, appurtenances, and improvements.

The Lien Claimant's account is for the work, labor, machinery, materials, and other improvements that the Lien Claimant provided and incorporated into the Property under contract with [General Contractor], general contractor, on behalf of [Owner], owner of the Property.
