In unemployment compensation cases, the claimant has the burden of proving entitlement to benefits. Hessler v. Labor & Indus. Relations Comm’n, 851 S.W.2d 516, 518 (Mo. banc 1993). When the employer asserts that the employee quit voluntarily, the claimant maintains
the burden to establish that the termination of employment
was involuntary. Hornbuckle Heating & Cooling, Inc. v. Pickering,
