Delete the text of the original section and replace it with the following:

An administratively dissolved corporation is required to provide written notice of the dissolution to its known claimants at any time after the dissolution is authorized. Section 351.478.2, RSMo Supp. 2008. The notice must include a:

• description of the information that must be included in a claim

• mailing address where the claim is to be sent
• deadline by which the dissolved corporation must receive the claim, which must be at least 180 days after the effective date of the notice; and

• statement that the claim will be barred if not received by the deadline
