7. (§10.79) Airport Service Providers
A hangarkeeper was liable as bailee of an aircraft that it delivered to a maintenance facility without the owner’s consent, after which the maintenance facility claimed a mechanic’s lien for unpaid repair work. Stone v. Crown Diversified Indus. Corp., 9 S.W.3d 659 (Mo. App. E.D. 1999).
