A. (§10.52) Generally

The appointment of counsel to represent an indigent appellant was discussed in §§10.50 and 10.51 above. Counsel other than appointed counsel may be permitted to withdraw either by order of the trial court or the appellate court. Retained counsel should at least complete the mechanical aspects of filing a motion to proceed in forma pauperis and the supporting affidavit.
