B. (§10.5) Trial Objections

In order to preserve trial court rulings for appellate review, a party must make sufficient, timely objections and set out the error and the reasons for the objection in a motion for new trial. State v. Hammonds, 459 S.W.2d 365 (Mo. 1970); State v. Peterson, 518 S.W.2d 1 (Mo. 1974).
