Preemption cases have begun to arise under other related statutes, such as 49 U.S.C. § 41705 of the ACAA of 1986 and 49 U.S.C. § 14501 of the FAAAA of 1994 (Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act of 1994), 49 U.S.C. §§ 14501 et seq., and as to owners, lessors, or secured parties of aircraft, 49 U.S.C. § 44112.
