2. (§10.39) Certification
The transcript shall be certified by the court reporter as being true and accurate. The parties may agree in writing that the transcript is true and accurate; if they do, certification is not required. The trial court is to settle any dispute concerning the correctness of the transcript. Rule 30.04(g).
