4. (§10.11) Defendant’s Right to Lineup

The failure to hold an actual lineup does not make a photographic display suggestive. State v. Hadley, 736 S.W.2d 580 (Mo. App. S.D. 1987). There is no constitutional right to a lineup. State v.
