Agreement to Make Reciprocal Wills and Trust

This Agreement is entered into this _____ day of ________________, 20___, between John Doe, First Party, and Jane Doe, Second Party:

Whereas the parties desire to execute reciprocal wills and trusts, making provisions for each other as set forth in this agreement; and

Whereas, the parties desire that the mentioned provisions shall be irrevocable unless any changes shall be agreed to by mutual consent of the parties;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants, conditions, and agreements contained in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

First: First Party agrees to make, publish, and declare his Last Will and Testament providing for the following disposition of the property that shall belong to him at his death or be subject to his disposal by Will:
