B. (§1.58) Words Required

No particular words are required to create a trust. Restatement (Third) of Trusts § 13 (2003); Tootle-Lacy Nat. Bank v. Rollier, 111 S.W.2d 12, 16 (Mo. 1937). Equity needs only to ascertain the intention of the settlor. Ramsey v. City of Brookfield, 237 S.W.2d 143, 145 (Mo. 1951); Stephenson v. Stephenson, 171 S.W.2d 565, 568 (Mo. 1943); Penney v.
