B. (§1.32) Settlor Free to Select

The settlor of a trust is free to select the law of any particular state to determine the meaning of a disposition in the trust instrument unless the designation of that jurisdiction’s law is contrary to a strong public policy of the jurisdiction having the most significant relationship to the matter at issue.
