B. (§1.20) Testimony Versus Real and Demonstrative Evidence
Testimony is any oral or written statement of a witness given under oath. To offer admissible testimony, a witness must have personal knowledge of the matters about which the witness testifies. Typically, a witness’s personal knowledge is established by the witness’s testimony about what the witness saw, heard, or otherwise perceived.
