1. (§1.14) Generally

In general, trial judges may exercise discretion over whether to allow the jury to review, during deliberations, exhibits that have been properly admitted into evidence. State v. Roberts, 948 S.W.2d 577, 596 (Mo. banc 1997); Lester v. Sayles, 850 S.W.2d 858, 863 (Mo. banc 1993).
