F. (§1.14) Effects of the Lien
The effects of a judgment lien depend on later developments. Real estate may be sold under the procedures outlined in § 513.205, RSMo 2000, and in Rules 76.11, 76.12, 76.13, 76.15, 76.16, 76.17, and 76.18 to satisfy the judgment—all as more fully discussed in Chapter 2 of this deskbook.
