Section 577.041.4, RSMo Supp. 2012, authorizes the court to issue an order staying the revocation of a person’s driving privileges until such time as the petition for review can be heard. While § 577.041.4 provides that the court will enter the stay order on a form prescribed by the Director, not all courts may have a form stay order.
