An outraged citizens group in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking to replace the private Rural/Metro Fire Department with a municipal fire department. The Committee to Protect Scottsdale and Our Firefighters claims Rural/Metro's staffing and response are unacceptable and unsafe.
