Schatz named Davis VP of property management.

Minneapolis-based health care real estate company Davis has promoted Peggy Schatz to be a vice president of property management.

Schatz will work out of Davis' Minneapolis office. She has more than 25 years of property management experience in the Twin Cities metro area. Before joining Davis in 2013, she was a commercial property manager with CBRE managing two office towers totaling 500,000 square feet the West End development in St. Louis Park. Prior to that, she managed more than 2 million square feet of industrial and medical properties for North Dakota-based IRET Properties.
