Louis E. Condon has been elected chair-elect of the American Bar Association Senior Lawyers Division.

The Hon. J. Ernest Kinard Jr. has attended The Judge as Fact Finder and Decision Maker Conference sponsored by the American Academy of Judicial Education.

L. Suzanne Mayes has received the 2004 Ernest F. Hollings Award for Excellence in State Prosecution in the General Sessions Court from the Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee of the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Erika L. McJimsey has received the 2004 Ernest F. Hollings Award for Excellence in State Prosecution in the Family Court from the Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee of the U.S. Attorney's Office.

On August 24 the Court reinstated Mitzi Campbell Williams of Savannah.

On August 27 the Court reinstated George Turner Perrow of Georgetown and Warren Stephen Curtis of Sumter.

On September 20 the Court reinstated Laurie A. Baker of Charlotte.

On September 22 the Court reinstated Francis A. Humphries Jr. of Conway.

Incapacity Inactive Status

On August 30, the Court placed R. Charles Richards of W. Columbia on Incapacity Inactive Status.
