Salt Lake City - C7 DATA CENTERS signed a multi-year agreement with St. Paul-based HubbardRadio. As part of the agreement, C7 will provide Hubbard Radio with data center space, power, bandwidth and personnel services. C7's facilities are designed to meet high-density computing requirements while efficiently delivering power, bandwidth and cooling to the customer.

Salt Lake City - YESCO is now franchising its service and repair system to qualified individuals throughout the country. YESCO is a family-owned provider of a full spectrum of sign and lighting products and services. YESCO franchises will be available in areas not currently served by YESCO, giving those businesses outside the YESCO footprint access to sign services.

Salt Lake City - BARRICK GOLD OF NORTH AMERICA signed a long-term lease for 50,000 square feet in Six Gateway at THE GATEWAY. Six Gateway, currently under construction, will be a 100,000-square-foot building with Silver LEED certification. The site will serve as the new headquarters for Barrick's North American operations. Nick M. Teseros and Jack A. Woodward, both office building specialists with NAI WEST, represented Barrick in its property search and lease negotiations.

West Jordan - JORDAN VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER will serve as the Salt Lake area's first center for comprehensive breast care. The center will provide and coordinate a full range of services, such as initial exams, digital mammography, MRI, breast biopsies, stereotactic procedures, brachytherapy, plastic reconstruction, breast-conserving surgery, genetic testing, oncology and cosmetic surgery.

Salt Lake City - SIMPLY MAC acquired MACDOCS, a Utah-based Apple specialist. Simply Mac will operate the MacDocs retail location on 1435 S. State Street in Salt Lake City, under the name and brand of Simply Mac. The company will continue serving existing MacDocs' business and retail customers.

Salt Lake City - INTREPID, a Salt Lake-based hybrid communications firm, was named by TAUBMAN CENTERS as public relations agency of record for CITY CREEK CENTER. Intrepid will provide strategy, media relations, event coordination and messaging for the approximately 800,000-square-foot new shopping and dining center at the heart of the downtown redevelopment project.
