Salt Lake City - IN CONTACT was selected by a consultancy to create a high-quality, unified service process for its more than 100 agents across three global contact centers. The consultancy also aims to provide an industry-leading experience for its customers by listening to direct customer feedback via the inContact ECHO Customer Survey solution. It will also use the inContact Quality Management (QM) solution to assess agent performance.

South Jordan - SUNROC BUILDING MATERIALS and GENEVA ROCK partnered with the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition construction team to help build a new home in Daybreak. Sandy - KAIROS AUTONOMI, a manufacturer of the Pronto Agnostic Autonomy System, was awarded a contract by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) for the Navy Moving Land Target Program (MLT). This contract includes a base year and four option years that will conclude March 2014. At contract award, the Navy procured more than $5.1 million in production hardware and contract support.
