Salem five takes 'boutique' banking approach in new shopping mall branch.

A NEW SALEM FIVE BRANCH AT THE BURLINGTON MALL, Burlington, Mass., features a new "boutique banking" office concept. The branch delivers services in a streamlined way; it also offers amenities and an inviting environment designed to give mall shoppers a spot to relax. Salem Five (assets, $2.8 billion), Salem, Mass., has 23 branches.

Based on a design concept of "relax, refresh, reinvest" the new store will feature a "Take Five Lounge" with big screen TVs showing sports and news, comfortable seating, refreshments and more.
