Following an investigation, if Disciplinary Counsel determines that there is sufficient evidence of conduct involving an occurrence of the unauthorized practice of law in the Virgin Islands to warrant further prosecution, Disciplinary Counsel shall draft a petition seeking appropriate relief directed to the Board.
