A Lake Forest, Calif., company is producing a military-rugged laptop that is predicated on a fanless design that permits operation in extreme temperatures ranging from -4 degrees F to more than 130 degrees F. Fabricated by Getac Inc., the Mobile Force A770 notebook was designed for military, emergency services, public safety, law enforcement and field maintenance people.
