Royal Jordanian passengers requested to be at the airport three hours prior to their flights.


New York (AirGuide - Inside Air Travel) Royal Jordanian asked its passengers traveling via Queen Alia International Airport to be present at the airport three hours prior to their flight schedule, starting January 5, 2016. This request is addressed to Economy Class passengers traveling to all international destinations in light of new procedures related to baggage inspection before arrival at the check-in counters. The move will help RJ avoid congestion. Due to the high number of daily flights that RJ operates from its base at QAIA, this step is bound to ensure a smooth embarking procedure, particularly that RJ is committed to running its flights on time in order to reach destinations as scheduled. The request does not include RJas Crown Class passengers, who have to arrive at the airport two hours prior to their departure, as usual.
