Ron Clark Construction proposes more Minnetonka rentals.

Already busy developing two multifamily projects in Minnetonka, Ron Clark Construction is adding a third to its workload, this time in the biggest commercial node along the city's stretch of Excelsior Boulevard.

The Edina builder is proposing a 58-unit, market-rate apartment building at 14317 Excelsior Blvd. The 1.31-acre site, which is just north of Glen Lake, is currently occupied by a single-family home.

The Minnetonka Planning Commission will consider recommending approval of the three story building at its Thursday meeting.
