The influential acquisition reform study group known as the Section 809 Panel is making it more convenient for people to read its reports.

Congress tasked the panelists with putting forth a series of recommendations for improving the way the Defense Department onboards technology. The group has issued several reports. The final one, based on two years of work, was published in January.
