A trustee who personally advances funds on behalf of the trust for proper
expenses is entitled to be reimbursed from the trust funds.
In the event that the trustee personally advances funds for legal fees and
costs in connection with a breach of trust proceeding against him or her,
such expenses may or may not be reimbursed from the trust fund. If the
trustee loses, then he or she should not be reimbursed. If the trustee wins,
then he or she is reimbursed to the extent these expenses are reasonable.
