Northrim Bank

Northrim Bank promoted a batch of veterans and brought in some new talent.

* Danicia Shiryayev, now Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, joined Northrim in 2016 and has more than twelve years of experience in the banking industry. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting at UAS. Shiryayev is a board member of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce.

* Katie Bender, now Vice President, Community and Public Relations Manager, has been with Northrim since 2013 and has more than seventeen years of experience in communications and public relations. She holds a masters of public administration degree from UAA and is the board president of the UAA Alumni Association.

* Edwin Strupulis, now an Assistant Branch Manager, Float Pool has been with Northrim since October 2020 and has five years of experience in banking. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration at UAA.

* Kevin Tillotson comes to Northrim as Senior Vice President and Regional Market Manager after thirty-three years in the financial industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University. Tillotson has been involved in the Juneau Chamber of Commerce and the Alaska Travel Industry Association.

* Steve Manley joins Northrim as Vice President, Loan Officer with ten years of experience in banking. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from UAA. A lifelong resident of Soldotna, Manley serves on the board of the Kenai Peninsula Food Bank and was a past president.

* Rena Dalman brings ten years of experience in banking with her in her new role as Associate Vice President, Treasury Management Business Banker. She holds a bachelor's degree from Fort Lewis College in Colorado and is a member of the Greater Juneau Chamber of Commerce.

* Paul Dombroski comes to Northrim as Associate Vice President and Loan Officer with more than twenty years of commercial banking experience throughout the Matanuska-Susitna Borough.

* Lloyd Malpaya joins the Jewel Lake Branch as Assistant Branch Manager with nearly nine years of experience in the financial industry.

* Residential Mortgage is hiring a new Chief Operating Officer. Mike Baldwin joins Residential Mortgage with thirty-five years of experience in the mortgage industry.
