The Crow's Nest

The Crow's Nest was awarded three prestigious awards for fine dining, delicious food and a premium wine selection. The Crow's Nest, located in the Hotel Captain Cook, is the recipient of the AAA Four Diamond Award, DiRoNA Award and the Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence for the year 2000. The Crow's Nest was also selected as one of North America's finest restaurants by "Triple A," based on the quality of food, service and overall dining experience.

ASRC Communications LTD

Gary Peters was named vice president of Alaska Operations for ASRC Communications LTD, RF Division. His duties include the oversight and administration of all aspects of administrative sales, service and divisional operations in Anchorage, Wasilla, Fair-banks and Barrow.

Enstar Natural Gas

Barrett Hatches was named president of Enstar Natural Gas Co. in Anchorage. Hatches succeeds Richard Barnes. Hatches was previously senior vice president of human resources and public affairs for SEMCO Energy Inc. Anthony M. Izzo was appointed vice president of engineering and operations for Enstar.

AT&T Alascom

Jamie Smith recently was named IP specialist at AT&T Alascom. Her new responsibilities include hosting revenue growth for new and existing accounts supporting the business sales department. Liz Kester recently was promoted to district manager, customer care and operator services at AT&T Alascom.

Prudential Vista Real Estate

Kim Onstott and Dawn Rowe have joined Prudential Vista Real Estate's residential sales team. Onstott has eight years flight attendant experience, including time spent with Alaska Airlines. Rowe completed Prudential's school of real estate for residential sales associates in 1998.

Prudential Jack White Real Estate

Shari Boyd was appointed to the president's council at Prudential Jack White Real Estate. Boyd, a residential associate broker, will represent all of Prudential Jack White's residential sales staff.

Network Business Systems

Network Business Systems added developer Sterling Talbot to its development department. Talbot graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage and was previously employed by Computer Task Group.

Sheraton Anchorage Hotel
