Resource Data Inc.

Resource Data Inc., an Alaskan-owned business developing Internet, database and geographic information systems solutions, has hired Dan Stokley and Brenda Sokolowski. Stokley was hired as a programmer/analyst with experience programming and managing networks with the U.S. Air Force. He also led BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc.'s Y2K hardware and system software compliance. Sokolowski joined RDI as a project administrator, with a degree in journalism and a public relations background.

GeoEngineers

Deanne Raiha recently transferred to GeoEngineers' Anchorage office from its Spokane location. Raiha, a geotechnical engineer, is experienced in push sampling, consolidation testing, lab testing and drafting. She holds a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering, specializing in structural engineering from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash.

Weidner Investment Services Inc.

Weidner Investment Services Inc., owner of 22 Anchorage-area apartments, has named four new community directors. Linda Moore was named director of the Four Seasons Mobile Home Park in East Anchorage. Ken Medina is the director at Park Plaza. Rachel Getchell was named director at Arctic Sun. Bernie Wolfe was named director at Chugach South.

Dick Pacific Construction Co.

Dick Pacific Construction Co. appointed Thomas Ojala as project manager in its recently opened Alaska office. Ojala will be the primary contact in Alaska for the company and will be involved in business development as well as the planning and management of future projects. Ojala moved to Alaska in the 1970s to work on the transAlaska oil pipeline and has more than 26 years experience in the Alaska construction industry.

First National Bank of Anchorage has appointed new officers and announced several new appointments. Bernard Jackson was appointed vice president in the bank's property department in Anchorage. Pam Wentz was named vice president at Fairbanks' Interior City branch. Chris Neros was appointed vice president at the Sitka branch. Jenny Street was named assistant vice president at the Golden Valley branch in Fairbanks.
