Richland Library offers business tax workshop.

Small business owners can learn more about how to handle taxes at a workshop being offered by Richland Library's entrepreneur-in-residence Starlitt Miller from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 at the main branch, located at 1431 Assembly St. in Columbia.
