Rich Jackson has left his position as executive editor of the Times-News in Burlington, N.C. to become executive editor of the Bloomington (Ind.) Herald-Times. He will also be involved in 10 other newspapers within the area. Jackson began his journalism career 26 years ago. He joined the Times-News as executive editor in 2017 and prior to that, he was the editor for the Post-Tribune in Merrillville, Ind.
