"Return protection" is a new optional enhancement available for all Visa card types. The enhancement will reimburse cardholders who are dissatisfied with item paid for with their Visa card within 90 days of purchase when the retailer will not accept the return. The benefit is applicable except when a retailer clearly states "no returns" or "as is."
