BE IT RESOLVED that General Municipal Law §72-o authorizes a Board of Fire Commissioners to provide for the payment of all actual and necessary expenses of travel, meals and lodging, and all actual lost wages up to a maximum of $100 per day incurred by volunteer officers and members of a fire department as a result of an appearance pursuant to a subpoena before a court or other tribunal; and
