A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE (name of FIRE DISTRICT), LOCATED IN THE (Town of X), (County of X), NEW YORK, TO ESTABLISH, WITHIN THE (name of FIRE DISTRICT), ONE OR MORE ZONES IN WHICH THE RATE OF TAX SHALL BE DIFFERENT FROM RATES OF TAX FOR OTHER ZONES.
