In response to your article "Time to Step Up, Business," (Schwab) in the February 2003 issue of ColoradoBiz, it reflects exactly where my company, Autoworks International Collision Repair Centre, is today. I am currently and optimistically "goosing the state's economic recovery into a higher gear" by spending money to relocate, build a new facility, and expand my business. This decision was made several months before the horrendous national recession hit.
