Directions: Take Route 787 (accessible from

I-90 or I-87 near Albany) to the 23rd Street

Waterviliet Exit. Make a right at the end of

the ramp. Bear right at the next light and go

over the Green Island Bridge. At the end of

the bridge, at the light, make a right and fol-

low the loop to Third Street. Make a right

onto Congress Street. The courthouse is a

grey stone building across the street from

Russell Sage College’s Gurley Memorial Hall,

on the corner of Congress Street and Second

Street (Route 2), flanked by Ferry Street and

Congress Street. The city block on which the

courthouse is located is between Second

Street and Third Street. Parking is difficult;

however, there is parking on the street.
