The December 2012/January 2013 Comment noted that "it will be eight years before the next round of redistricting in the next census" ("A Victory for the 99 Percent," by Ruth Conniff and Matthew Rothschild). That sounds like something will change after the next census, and we liberals merely have to redistrict in a manner to our liking.
