H.R. 2121 (An Act Authorizing the Ad-
ministrator of General Services to Con-
vey a Parcel of Real Property in Ga lves-
ton, Texas, to the Ga lveston Historical
Foundation), which provides for the
transfer of certain federal property to the
Galveston Historical Foundation, was
signed into law on October 19, 2009.

H.R. 3183 (Energy and Water Develop-
ment and Related Agencies Appropria-
tions Act), which makes appropriations
for energy and water development and
related agencies for the scal yea r end-

CHAMBER ACTION
S. 1818 (Morris K. Udall Scholarship),
which would amend the Morris K. Udall
Scholarship and Excellence in National
Environmental and Native American
Public Policy Act of 1992 to honor the
legacy of Stewart L. Uda ll, was passed
by the Senate, 155 Cong Rec. S10584
(daily ed. Oct. 20, 2009), and the
House, 155 Cong. Rec. H11539 (daily
ed. Oct. 20, 2009), clearing the mea sure
for the president.
H.R. 1471 (Jimmy Carter National
Historic Site), which would expand the
boundary of the Jimmy Carter National
Historic Site in the state of Georgia and
redesignate the unit as a National His-
torical Park, was passed by the House.

H.R. 1593 (Wild and Scenic Rivers Act),
which would amend the Wild and Sce-
nic Rivers Act to designate a segment of
Illabot Creek in Skagit County, Wash-
ington, as a component of the National

H.R. 1641 (Cascadia Marine Trail Study
Act), which would amend the National
Trails System Act to provide for a study
of the Cascadia Marine Trail, was passed

H.R. 2489 (AmericaView Geospatial
Imagery Mapping Program Act), which
would authorize a comprehensive na-
tional cooperative geospatial imagery
mapping program through the United
States Geological Survey, to promote use
of the program for education, workforce
training and development, and applied
research, and to support federal, state,
tribal, and local government programs,
was passed by the House. 155 Cong.

H.R. 2806 (Stephen Mather Wilderness
and the North Cascades National Park),
which would authorize the Secretar y of
the Interior to adjust the boundary of
the Stephen Mather Wilderness and the
North Cascades National Park in order
to allow the rebuilding of a road outside
of the oodplain while ensuring that
there is no net loss of acreage to the Park
or the Wilderness, was passed by the

H.R. 3433 (North American Wetlands
Conservation Act), which would amend
the North American Wetlands Con-
servation Act to establish requirements
regarding payment of the nonfederal
share of the costs of wetlands conserva-
tion projects in Canada that are f unded
under that Act, was passed by the House.

H.R. 3476 (Delaware Water Gap Na-
tional Recreation Area Citizen Advisory
Commission), which would reauthorize
the Delaware Water Gap National Rec-

H.R. 3537 (Junior Duck Stamp Conser-
vation and Design Program Reauthoriza-
tion Act of 2009), which would amend

terway Association), which would recog-
