S. 3473 (oil spill), which amends the
Oil Pollution Act of 1990 to authorize
advances from the Oil Spill Liability
Trust Fund for the Deepwater Horizon
oil spill, was signed into law on June 15,

tion to the Spokane Tribe of Indians of
the Spokane Reservation for the use of
tribal land for the production of hydro-

and Public Works. S. Rep. No. 111-211,

environmental restoration activities and

S. 2852 (renewable energy) was re-

establish, within NOAA , an integrated
and comprehensive ocean, coastal, Great
Lakes, and atmospheric resea rch, predic-
tion, and environmental information
program to support renewable energy.

Public Works. S. Rep. No. 111-207, 156

2010). e bill would amend the CAA
to direct the Administrator of EPA to
provide competitive grants to publicly
funded schools to implement eective
technologies to reduce air pollutants, in-
cluding greenhouse gas emissions.
S. 3363 (water supply) was reported

Public Works. S. Rep. No. 111-208, 156

2010). e bill would amend the Water
Resources Resea rch Act of 1984 to re-
authorize grants for and require applied
water supply research regarding the water
resources research a nd technology insti-
tutes established under that Act.
S. 3372 (water pollution) was reported

on which the Administrator of EPA and

to claims relating to the Deepwater Ho-
rizon explosion and oil spill that exceed
existing applicable economic liability
