S. 496 (land use), which would repeal
the rule issued by the Federal Highway
Administration and t he Federal Transit
Administration entitled “Metropolitan
Planning Organi zation Coordination
and Planning Area R eform,” was passed

thorize the Secretar y of the Interior to
convey certain land a nd appurtenances
of the Arbuckle Project, Oklahoma,
