Julia Bluhm, 14, of Waterville, Maine, had some issues with Seventeen magazine. She thought the doctored images of blemish-free models were hurting girls' self-esteem. So in April, she started an online petition asking the magazine to change its photo-retouching policies, and more than 84,000 people signed it. In response, Seventeen drafted a "Body Peace Treaty."
